The Urban Stripes project is a collection of modern apartments close to the Acropolis, housed in an apartment building or a “polykatoikia” as it is commonly known in Greece. They are situated in Koukaki, a mostly residential area that was first developed in 60’s and 70’s, now having evolved into Athens’ most hip location. Urban Stripes brings an air of contemporary, sleek design to the neighborhood, with a strong architectural emphasis on modern minimalism. The entire project is characterised by its signature design, incorporating clean lines for a fresh approach, and the use of high quality materials that carry history in them, such as mosaic and marble. All these come together to create a soothing urban environment of discrete luxury with all the necessary amenities for a truly memorable stay in Athens.

They guarantee autonomy and privacy while they are designed in a way so as to maximise natural light from the glorious Greek sun, in the most clever way.
